I totally know what you mean. Both nniictog other peoples walks and my own.This may sounds petty but I am often distracted (and judgmental) when I see people walking on their toes. I'm talking about people who in their normal gate don't put their heel down before their toes. It's like they are always tip-toeing around. Does anyone know how that happens?As for how yoga affects MY walking. After yoga classes end I can really feel that my posture is balanced. It's almost like I am floating pretty nice. I always dread a little bit, when I have to sit and lose that feeling. Oddly, I really enjoy a walk after yoga. Is that common?

Dr. Sanjari has found all my aches and pains and is in the process of stretching me out and making all the pain go away. He does regular chiro and soft tissue work, which has really helped me, I could not have found a more personable, professional, knowledgible and kinder Dr. I will keep going until everything is fixed !

Dr. Sanjari is a fantastic chiropractor! I was referred to Dr. Sanjari by one of my co-workers after my previous Chiropractor wasn't getting me satisfactory results. Despite the distance I had to travel to reach his clinic for my appointments (I live and work in Mississauga), I gave him a shot and have zero regrets! Not only did Dr. Sanjari alleviate my lower back pain problems, but he was also very professional and well-mannered. Just as I have recommended him to my family and friends, I do the same to readers of this review.
