I ended up in more pain after three treatments from Tamara. She did not do an up to date assessment and is always in too much of a hurry and is too rough. I had two other people say the same thing in one week. I would not recommend her or return to her practice. I was helped immediately with my lower back problem by another chiropractor who did do a careful assessment, so I have to conclude that Tamara is using a one size fits all patients which is highly ineffective and in my case, dangerous and painful.
