Very knowledgeable and caring. Is hands-on and does a lot of soft tissue work, instead of just depending on machines. Takes his time to treat his patients, and really listens carefully. The reliability question is difficult, because he is completely reliable and trustworthy, but he is almost always running behind schedule...this is because he spends time with his patients to make sure they receive the best treatment possible. For me, it is worth the wait to know that I am receiving quality health care.
