Dr. Mackay and associates are unencumbeed by the pseudo-mystical jargon that often accompanies "alternative" medicine. They offer good anatomical analysis of the patient, take detailed histories of the patient's complaints and relate their findings in easily-understood language. Therapy is unintimidating and effective, ultimately aimed at lifestyle improvement but still very good for acute pain.
