She might be an OK chiro, but she is very rude to customers. She doesn't allow customers to speak their mind. Definitely needs some coaching or training in regards to customer service.

dr. Makar is excellent, hands down! I had a very dangerous Kuvasz who, it turned out, was fear aggressive due to pain from a tilted sacrum which he acquired during his birth or shortly after. It took us four years to find out what the problem was, and then a solution, which was a little late for him considering the fear aggression was well entrenched in his personality. Dr. Caroline was one of five people in his life who could touch him, and he was really excited to see her when he knew we were within ten minutes of her office! I have nothing but praise and admiration for Dr. Caroline. She was great with me, but more to the point, was absolutely fantastic with Nikki! On a personal note...I wouldn't particularly give a damn if she was abrupt with me, if she can reach my pet...and Dr. Caroline can. Full Stop!
