Last week I was in your office for initial assessment for 60 min. I had a very bad experience, horrible therapeutic regimen. The chiropractor looked unprofessional. The bed was not clean and had black marks (I requested a new one but it was also the same), I was asked to change into a dirty smelly gown to treat my left calf, Dr. Joel A. Nathanson was adamant I dress into it or he won't provide treatment, I had already made the payments. I tried to reason the need to change when I was already wearing shorts and my calves were the problem. He was so disrespectful and creepy. Dr. Joel A. Nathanson touched my bum multiple times while working on my calves. I yelled at him and he said it is part of the therapy, the gowns were so disgusting they were open to the back. He slightly reached my lower back and asked if I was single, I shouted and rushed of the bed. I changed back into my clothes and complained to the front desk and demanded refunds. The front desk was so rude and disrespectful they said he is doing his job and to touch you is ok, not big deal, dumb lady couldn't even talk properly. I have officially filed a harassment report. The whole vibe of the clinic was unwelcoming form the start. It was a horrible experience. I think they really need to look at their customer service and the quality of sexually harassment service they are providing. Dr. Joel A Nathanson is a creep, sexual harrasser, stay away form him at all times. The clinic needs to seriously look at their customer service and the quality of sexually harassment service they are providing.
