Thanks Doc. I think it is ironic that today with the cirsis in healthcare insurance is funneling patients with back pain to the MD. Often I can have a patient out of pain and back to their life far cheaper then just the diagnostic tests that the MD routinely run trying to figure out what the problem is. What I loved about these articles was the point that the vast majority of back pain is FUNCTIONAL not anatomic. The MD is looking for a ____ in an x-ray or MRI or CT and the problem is with how the parts MOVE. Go figure? Who knows this stuff and who is not qualified.
