I suffered a back injury on the weekend and by the time Sunday evening came around I could barely move it hurt so much. I could not sit up for any period of time. Thankfully a friend had recommended Dr. Skalenda so I sent him an e-mail and he returned my call within an hour on a Sunday evening and I had an appointment with him first thing Monday morning. Dr. Skalenda assessed my condition and provided treatment that immediately provided some relief. With each subsequent visit I provided him with feedback on how I was feeling, where I had pain and he was able to target the treatment accordingly and I continue to improve. I was able to return to work within a week and the following week return to some exercise. I highly recommend Dr. Skalenda.
