We think this office is wonderful. They are very helpful and take really great care of our entire family. We find them very accommodating and would highly recommend them.

Very pushy and seems to be motivated primarily by money. Does not seem to be interested in helping patients to heal in the long-term. Extremely unflexible in terms of re-arranging appointments. For example, if your treatment schedule is bi-weekly and you miss a treatment, he will force you to go the week immediately after instead of two weeks after, stating that it's absolutely imperative to have treatments two times in 4 weeks instead of 1 treatment at 3 weeks, and the next treatment 2 weeks after. Not interested in making referrals to other chiropractors in other areas. Encourages people to pre-pay and waffles on reimbursing money.

We've been seeing Dr. Trester for years. The chiropractic care we receive is amazing. We've benefited in many ways and our overall health has improved. They are super helpful and a great office in general!

I met Dr. Randall Trester and his wife (receptionist) at the bellies to babies show and they seemed very nice at first (obviously)... I was pressured at that time to make an appointment, even though I did not know my schedule at the time. This obviously resulted in my having to reschedule... They are all about pressure and money, and are totally inflexible. After having to cancel my second appointment due to illness ( I am 8 1/2 months pregnant) he left me a rude, condescending message letting me know there will be no appointments available to me in the future...I didn't even make it to my consultation appointment, this was just over the phone...I'm glad I didn't go see him in the end, especially after reading all the negative ratings, which I now know are true. Do yourself a favour and find yourself a caring, understanding team, preferably by word of mouth, rather than peddling at a baby show. This man clearly only cares about filling his appointment book rather than his patients.

I wish I had read some reviews before I started my "treatment". I believe that they're basically running a scam!! I seriously doubt there is a single person who enters that office and doesn't get the same sales pitch. Very pushy and very inconsiderate of your time. Come in twice a week for the foreseeable future!! Biggest waste of money ever!! I read some of his responses to all the negative reviews on RateMD's. He tries so hard to convince us that he's all about helping people from the goodness of his heart. It's unbelievable that he can pretend that money isn't his primary objective lol. Total sociopath and total POS in my opinion
