I have been seeing Dr. Shier for over 10 years .... she keeps my spine aligned and has helped me through 2 car accidents. I couldn't have done it without her and her team at Creditvalley Wellness Center. If you are suffering from neck pain , headaches , lower back pain or anything that prevents you from living life go and see her. She uses an advanced technique called "activator" for adjusting the spine so do NOT be afraid !!! There are not neck cracking adjustments !!! Doesn't hurt a bit and is now a part of my daily health practice... thanks Dr Shier!
