disappointed
The office is clean and new, staff is friendly but no followup except to toot their own horn. I have heard nothing from them when I cancelled my appointments until they emailed me looking for my vote! That is just rude.

Active Health Associates is an amazing clinic. I have NEVER been to any other office that was as friendly or welcoming. From the staff to the doctors and therapists, everyone made me feel at home and safe. You couldn't ask for a better place to go for your health and care. By far, THE best Clinic in the Waterloo Region!
