As per the ruling of BC Chiropractic Association regarding Dr. Trevor Kilian: "Limits & Conditions findings Following are Limits & Conditions findings for Dr. Trevor H. Kilian: 2008-Mar-15: As part of a consent resolution, Dr. Trevor Kilian admitted to operating a screening booth where untrained, unqualified non-professionals performed scans on members of the public without a registered chiropractor being present to supervise or interact with the recipients of the scans concerning the results. As a result of this admission, the Board of the then British Columbia College of Chiropractors reprimanded Dr. Kilian and required him to pay a fine of $5,000 and costs of $2,500. 2009-Jan-21: In the Matter of the Complaint of S.F. – As part of a consent resolution, Dr. Trevor Kilian admitted to failures in patient communication regarding his billing program and treatment plans, and as a result of that admission, the Board of the then British Columbia College of Chiropractors reprimanded Dr. Kilian and ordered that he pay costs of $1000. 2012-Dec-17: Following investigation of a complaint by the Inquiry Committee, Dr. Trevor Kilian admitted to being absent while spinal screens were conducted in breach of section 81(1) of the CCBC Bylaws and Appendix "G" of the Professional Conduct Handbook. Based on these admissions, Dr. Kilian consented under section 36 of the Health Profession Act to: (1) a reprimand for professional misconduct; (2) a reprimand for professional misconduct for failing to abide by the terms and intent of the 2008 Consent Resolution agreement; (3) inform the Registrar of the College of all upcoming screenings prior to the event, for the next 2 years; (4) an undertaking to ensure that a registrant is present at all future spinal screenings; and (5) payment of a fine of $2000."
