This doctor is currently being investigated for an array of criminal charges in Ontario. To date, there is a Canada wide warrant for his arrest. If this is difficult to believe, contact OPP for confirmation. He is currently evading police by residing in Newfoundland. Do NOT allow this man to touch you. He is highly unprofessional.
